My home in HCMC, P. An Lac, Q. Binh Tan, with nice swimming pool, green parks, children playgrounds in a quiet residential area close to the downtown of HCMC (30 minutes by motorbike) and close to the Western Region (Mekong Delta). Ehome3 area also includes several kindergarten, supermarkets, coffeehouses, restaurants, street food, workshops for motorbikes and cars, pharmacies, taylors, parking for cars and motorbikes, music schools, sport fields, etc.
However, one disadvantage here is that after rain the access road to Ehome3, Ho Hoc Lam is filled partly with water, up to 40cm deep.
On weekends or public holidays sometimes events are organized at Ehome3, with markets and children activities.
The atmosphere is friendly and safe. Each building has a watchman and the entrance is also supervised by a guard.
Ehome3 comprises the buildings A1 to A11, B1, B2, 8-storeys high.
The ground floors of the buildings are often used as shops, restaurants or kindergarten, the upper floors are the apartments, some with balconies.
I preferred a corner apartment because the bedrooms also have windows in the corner apartments but usually not in other apartments.
The next big shopping malls are Big-C in Ho Hoc Lam and AEON west. In Ho Hoc Lam street there is a local market with fresh meat, fish and vegetables.
