Staying at O'gallery and thought I'd try to get a massage. Went down to the basement where the spa was and ordered a 60 min sports massage. Place was clean, organized, low lighting and empty (I was the only one there). Gave me a form asking where to focus on, what to avoid,etc. Asked to focus on lower back and It band. She lead me to a room in the back with 3 tables with curtains between each. Told me to leave my underwear on and lay face down. The massage was, well, rough. Some places she had more experience with - so massaging the back of my legs was good and thorough. Back was not relaxing or therapeutic. I don't understand why anyone thinks it's a good idea to forcefully use the elbow against bone - digging it against my spine and shoulder blades and not the muscles next to them was quite painful. Payment was fair - discount for staying at the hotel. None of the secret charges that you might find elsewhere. Unfortunately my back was more sore after the massage than when I started.
