All of the Park Vinhomes are my fav places to find an Airbnb or Booking.com spot whenever I"m in town. I like this location b/c quite frankly, I live new Central Park near NYC so I like the irony of having Central Park right there in Vietnam. Park 1 is a bit farther from the spots in Central Park I like, but they are all about the same. If you're an ex-pat renting, I'd give it shot, but try to get closer to the park if you can. Also, higher floors, obviously have higher views. I'll try go post better intelligence on this next time I go. I def like this location for new Ex-pats relocating even though everyone is SOOO excited about Thao Dien. It's just a really easy spot, especially if you're an ex-pat with kids. There is nothing rough whatsoever as long as you in this little 10,000 person, area they have created. Maybe start here and transition to another spot for an easy move to Vietnam. I think vinhomes offers rental direct. But seriously, go Airbnb at first until you figure out your vibe. Some of these (I think this one) opens straight to the mall, if you get off at the right floor. Reminds you of cities like Singapore and HK that way.

Feel sorry for anybody wishing to have a home here with Vingroup. Grounded place with too many construction problems. Water system heavily contaminated with rusty metal, expensive parking lot. I can not breath in my two-bedroom apartment without the AC but can hear my neighbor chit chat quite clear at night.

Vị trí tốt, tòa nhà ở trung tâm thành phố có vẻ hiện đại hào nhoáng. Nằm sát sông Sài Gòn giữa các khu nhà cao tầng ken dày, mật độ xây dựng cao, đường xá chật chội, dân cư đông đúc, ồn ào. Từ hành lang đến căn hộ ngột ngạt, khó thở, trần nhà thấp. Giá cả dịch vụ đắt đỏ. Cứ thuê ở thử là biết liền. Đừng lóa mắt với Central Park thoáng mát, không lẽ suốt ngày ở ngoài công viên.
Bảo vệ khu vực công viên cư xử vô học và thô lỗ. lần cuối cùng đến đây.
아파트는 사람이 쉬는 곳 입니다. 하지만 새벽부터 늦은시간까지 큰 소음을 발생기키며 행사를 합니다. 이웃은 예의가 없습니다. 집에서 아주 큰 소음을 발생시키면서 노래를 합니다. 집 간의 방음이 매우 좋지 못합니다. 지저분 합니다. 바퀴 벌래가 끝없이 나옵니다. 창문에서는 비기 셉니다. 관리자들은 원인을 찾지 못합니다. 벽에는 곰팡이가 발생 합니다. 역시 관리자는 원인을 찾지 못합니다. 단지 설계가 잘 못되어 사람이 걸어가는 길이 갑자기 사라집니다. 차도로 걸어가야 합니다 차량의 입구와 출구가 매우 좁고 교통 정체를 일으킵니다. 살계자는 아무런 생각이 없는 것이 확실 합니다 랜드마크81은 그냥 높을 뿐이며 아무 것도 없습니다. vinhome이 베트남에서는 최고의 아파트중에 하나이지만 최악의 장소 입니다. 단지 예뻐 보인다고 착각하지 마세요. 혹시 이 아파트를 구매 하려고 한다면 다시 생각해 보기 바랍니다
