Very bad experience - bus company was a scam. I booked two limousine bus tickets from Hanoi to Ha Giang. The bus did not pick us up in Hang Ga street and only after calling them many times (they kept saying the bus is on the way, it would take only five more minutes), a women showed up and told us the bus was broken and should take the sleeper bus from My Dinh station. Ticket price difference was 200,000 VND - I did not get my money back. In total they were quite unfriendly for Vietnamese standard. We arrived several hours later than we should have.

DON'T BOOK THE BUS WITH THIS COMPANY! We booked a direct trip from Sapa to Ha Giang in a sleeper bus that we paid 250K VDN. We ended up beibg in a mini van without aeration/ AC with NO SPACE for the legs. While it should have been a direct bus, they stopped us in Lao Cai and made us wait for hours for a very bad mini-van. They use that transport to carry other type of goods for other businesses which makes everything even more packed. Over-priced and the poorest service I had in Vietnam.
The best bus company in Vietnam. We made the most trips (no tours) with this company after being disappointed by others. The buses were always clean and modern, the drivers drove decently and you did not feel uncomfortable at any time. We always drove with the sleeping busses (also during the day) and found them comfortable. A clear recommendation.

Love the stair rice field. Most impressive with the weather at night. A little cool, but very comfortable. Viet Nam bus was really good, with English guide and experienced driver. Interestingly you have to put down your footwear inside a bag before entering to sleep.
Vietnam Bus was so much fun. Mr. Hung our bus guide he is kind of a talkative and helpful person. He made all of us laugh during his speech. Truly hilarious

Please be careful about paying money to this company. Once you pay they do not bother to even answer your questions. Tried to find out about boarding point through email and whatsapp . No reply !!
