Very nice experience. Well organised tour and cruise. Friendly staff and tasty food. The boat is a bit old, but all the amenities are present and everything is clean. I would definitely recommend.

Five star cruise, five star service, great hosts, great staff, good food and the party night was amazing.
We booked this tour from our hotel (Fancy Hotel in HaLong). We were picked up from the hotel and were delivered right in front of the boat entrance. The guide spoke English well and was enthusiastic and energetic. Lunch was provided on the boat as well. This tour took us to caves, islands, beaches, kayaking spots and provided enough amazing views. We chose this day tour instead of the one night two days tour, and I didn't regret that decision for a second. Would definitely recommend this tour!
This is very amazing place , I had seen ever before. I want to come here with someone very special every year. The guide boy was so wonderful and helpful. Atmosphere was so cool. Food was also too good.
The cruise was excellent! We really had a great time there. Service, food, staff, itinerary was great. Definitely we will be back.!
My friend and I went on this cruise after finding it had good reviews on TripAdvisor. Overall, we had a pretty good experience, except three things. Readers beware of the ARTIFICIALLY INFLATED REVIEWS for this company...ready more below. Part of our activity was swimming, which got cancelled because they didn't have a ladder for people to climb back into the ship. We paid A LOT of money for the cruise, go buy a ladder. That's their first fail. Second fail is that we were scheduled to do a visit of the cave. We got dropped off, but they forgot to leave the tickets, so we had to wait 15 minutes in the heat for them to bring tickets. Not a big deal, but by then another tour arrived and the place was overcrowded. And lastly, as we were being shuttled back to Hanoi via bus, the guide, Mee, asked everyone to take out their phones. Then she asked everyone to write a review, and even "helped" some people write their 5* reviews on TripAdvisor. That's fine I guess, if you want to be really pushy, but she even insisted that people write the review right then and supervised But wait...we had 2 issues with the cruise so I wanted to write a 4 star review. She said no, 5 stars. I said no, I would like to leave 4 stars...at which point she reached to grab my phone. How dare her "force" me to write a 5-star review against my will. At this point, I was insulted that I as a traveller am not even permitted to share a real review without supervision from the cruise guide. Fortunately, I am free to write a thorough review from home ) Traveller's, don't let guides force you to write a review that is not authentic. Forced reviews like what you see posted for this company only fool travelers to think that this company is actually popular and great...as I can definitely tell you that's a scam.

Very beautiful experience, the upper deck cabin with balcony is really wonderful. All the activities are awesome, I recommend join three days tour, that will be more relax and suitable.
